Drunken 3 had to be modified to remove copyrighted samples, however, H-ELL and many other songs remain unchanged, except for some cases of remastering (like Drunken 1).
EDIT: I forgot to mention CWII, which was entirely reworked by Monumia as the original person who helped with the project needed to be replaced.
